Human beings evolved singing, moving and communing.
These acts produce hormones of trust and wellbeing including oxytocin, seratonin and endorphins.
In the Western world participation in community sound making and movement are often denied us through the increasing use of technology and cultural modelling.
Vocal Mind Movement aims to make participation accessible through the creation of safe spaces to explore ideas, voice/sound and movement, facilitated by the removal of judgement and instilling the belief and the confidence to particpate.
This approach offers skills and techniques that are transferable to many life, educational and work situations, while evoking a deep sense of relaxation and often profound joy.
Everyone is supported to participate at the level that they are able to and all are encouraged to do so. All ages and abilities are welcome and accommodated.
Without focusing on the outcome, amazing results can be produced, challenging perception and offering new pathways to collaboration and participation.
